I specialize in precision haircuts for men and boys. Skincare and head spa services are open to everyone! 

Do you accept walk-ins?
No, all services are by appointment only to ensure a relaxed, one-on-one experience.

What’s a head spa service?
A head spa is a deeply relaxing treatment focused on scalp health, stress relief, and cleansing buildup. It includes a scalp massage, exfoliation, steaming, and customized product application. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and recharged.

How do I book an appointment?
All services are by appointment only and can be booked online at northernrootshairskin.glossgenius.com. New clients, please be sure to select the “New Client” or "Introductory" option when booking.

What’s your cancellation policy?
I completely understand that life happens — if you need to cancel or reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible so I can try to fill your spot.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice or missed entirely may be subject to a 50% fee of the scheduled service.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require prepayment to rebook or may result in being blocked from booking future appointments.

What if I’m running late?
Please send me a quick message if you're running behind.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next guest.

If we’re unable to begin your service in time, it may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the 50% fee.

Do you sell products online?
Yes! Product links are listed under the “Shop Online” tab on my website. You’ll find a range of salon-quality haircare, skincare, and grooming products — including options I don’t carry in the salon — all shipped directly to your door.

Do you offer gift cards?
Absolutely! Digital gift cards are available and can be purchased at the bottom of my booking site. If you would prefer a physical gift certificate, make sure to mention it at your appointment or reach out to set up a time to come pick one up in salon.

As a thank you for your service, I’m proud to offer an ongoing discount for military members and first responders. Just mention it at checkout or leave a note when booking, and I’ll make sure it’s applied.
